Anna, Abbi, and Angelique joined the group today! After a long morning of hangover recovery, switching hotels and a yummy brunch

we all met up and headed out to tour some of Barcelona’s famous architecture.

First stop was Casa Batlló, which includes elements like ceramics, stone and forged iron. In 1906 it was awarded by the Barcelona City Council as one of the three best buildings of the year.

Next we walked through the city to La Sagrada Familia. This church (cathedral?) is beyond words. Please go here.  Headphones unnecessary. Tower ticket worth it.

Hi wind.

Next I bought a selfie stick!! So exciting. Here is the nice man who showed me how to use it by taking a selfie himself.

He then took some non-selfies of me contemplating the contraption.

That is the look of a woman about to take the price down by two euros. Determination. Testing it out…

Sweet. I am now an easily spotted tourist. And my blog selfies are gonna be awesome. Next we took a short train and long ass hike uphill to Gaudi’s famous garden. We stayed here for three hours wandering around (it’s big!!) and waiting for the sunset. Let’s take a look at Parc Güell 😎🌸

By the benches. A firecracker went off behind me and scared the crap out of me and then made me laugh which I think made me look cute and I can be vain so here’s that pic 💁🏻 Also I like the gingerbread-looking house behind me

After this (9:45pm!) we ate dinner #mushroomrisottoforever around 11pm and bedtime. Museums tomorrow!
